A zombie is an intense drink. It has white, golden and dark rum., brandy AND 151.  It is an intense drink. How intense?  Say you’re going to meet your friends in an hour and sit through a two hour theater production.  Don’t drink a zombie before hand, unless you want to fall asleep during the production and pet your waitress’ hand.  (She did have lovely skin).  My point is, while it looks light and fruity, it is not for the faint of heart.

While we were sipping our delicious drinks, it was an epic night at the Tiki Ti.  The guy next to us got his name on the wall. In order to get your name on the wall you have to be a regular.  I mean a real regular.   You have to come to the Tiki Ti for years, and the Mikes have to know you by name.  Once your deemed a worthy to put your name on the wall, Mike Sr. gives you a two by four piece of paper and a Sharpie. You get to write your name, the year and some words of wisdom.   I’m not sure what the guy wrote, mostly because the zombie’s four shots of rum and one of brandy made things fuzzy.
